Ever wonder why life often feels empty, distracted, or disconnected from the abundant life Jesus promised in John 10:10? Many men find themselves drifting into the ditches of passivity, isolation, distraction, or frustration without even realizing it.

Act Like Men is a two-day conference designed to call men back to the road Christ has called us to walk. Through worship, biblical teaching, fellowship, and practical breakout sessions, men will be challenged to deepen their understanding of biblical masculinity and take their next step in following Jesus.

Our prayer is that each man leaves the conference:

  • Challenged by Scripture.
  • Connected to other men.
  • Committed to pursuing Christ with sharp minds, steel spines, and soft hearts.

Guest Speaker: Shaq Hardy

Shaq grew up in foster care, and at 17 years old, everything changed when he encountered Jesus and His Word. That moment didn’t just give him hope — it gave him a mission. Today, Shaq serves as a pastor and Bible teacher, traveling throughout the country preaching the truth of Scripture with a passion for helping people know and follow Jesus. As President of Orphan No More Foundation, he advocates for foster and adoptive families, helping remove barriers for children waiting for forever homes. The same God who rescued Shaq is now using him to help others find hope, healing, and family.

Breakout Sessions

  • Sharp Minds: Thinking Biblically in a World of Distraction.
  • Steel Spines: Turning Bible Reading into a Conversation with God.
  • Soft Hearts: Living Wholeheartedly in a Broken World.
